Johnny Holgaard initated Technical Yacht Solutions, due to the demand for highly qualified and skilled engineers in the yachting industry. During 4 years of working as Chief Engineer in the yachting business, it became very clear that the level of skills in engineering is lacking, and the goal of Technical Yacht Solutions is to change that.
