We require the following:

- Complete our registration form
- Copies of licenses and certificates
- Photo of you in uniform or white shirt with tie
- Copies of recommendations
- Copy of passport and B1/B2 Visa (if held)
- A clear criminal record
- A copy of your CV

When we have all your relevant documents we will conduct an interview with you.
